“Ranges from a little inaccurate to wildly inaccurate. Being 71 points off is unacceptable when it comes to blood sugar, and this company has made it obvious they don’t accept returns which should have been a warning not to purchase as well.
I looked at a lot of reviews for this meter and other ones and decided on this one. My blood sugar has been unstable recently and I had moderate ketones in my urine. I decided I needed a ketone meter using blood instead of urine since that is more accurate.
I saw that some people said it was inaccurate with blood glucose but some people also showed it was only off by a little. Yes, I used the included control solution. The fact that it has such a wide range is also a problem.
I didn’t want to have separate meters for ketones and my blood sugar, but now I regret it. Buying this meter and the extra expensive ketone and blood glucose strips was the biggest waste of money. Entirely too expensive for it to be so inaccurate. I am not happy.”
“Does what it's supposed to, seems accurate or at least consistent and comes with good informative emails. Easy sync with phone app. Promo bundle was much cheaper than buying separately. It also comes highly recommended by several professionals.”

However, there is room for improvement to sync the meter results with the app. Sometimes the sync fails or the app syncs without receiving the most recent meter reading, which then might be included by syncing after another meter reading.
It is great that a lifetime warranty is provided, yet this seems to require a website registration that did not work.”
