“Thought I was definitely in ketosis with a 20 to 25 carb diet. I have been eating a ketogenic diet for a year and 4 months. After getting the Keto-Mojo, I discovered I was in ketosis but barely and not always. I have to be exactly at 20 or below to be consistently in ketosis and even then its only low to moderate ketosis. You've got to have the data to know what is going on. It's amazing how few carbs can alter your state of ketosis.”

“Been testing my BG and Ketones for years so decided to upgrade to a newer meter. My only complaint so far is the difficulty opening the strips. Keto Mojo should take a look at the way Precision Xtra does their strips, with a little cut out for ease of opening. Don't know how accurate the Keto Mojo is but it does read high than my Precision Xtra when testing BG. Hard to say which one is more accurate.”
