“I like the technology, but I hate the test strip packaging, I think it's over kill and to much time and effort to do. Both the stripes, the needles and drops can only be purchased from you and I may go back to my old monitor because they are simpler and much more cost effective.
I see the reason for the branding, "MONEY" it would be nice one day to find a company that actually sought to really care for their customers first rather than the money. Which is more important people or money? I am all for making a profit, but at what cost to the people, what margins does it take to do that?”
“very poor improvements! strips hard to remove from package, strips are way to flimsy, they bend when inserting, when i insert ketone strip, it does not draw up blood sample ???? fast enough!!! lancet device does not except universal needles, kinda of a cheesy way to increase profits! all in all NOT happy with new meter bundle improvments, might just have to find a higher quality meter experience.”
