“I'm disappointed. I had the last meter, and the changes for this one are frustrating. I don't want to give you my location, so I can't use your app. I don't understand why the packaging for the test strips is so much more wasteful than the old packaging, and so much harder to open, especially for people with grip and dexterity problems. And the new case still has no reasonable way to carry lancets, and the new packaging for the strips makes it hard to carry a large number of them easily. It still checks my sugar and ketones, but the experience of using it is harder. Finally, why doesn't your lancet device use a standard shape and size lancet? It's hard to load, hard to unload, and way more complicated than it needs to be. I'm just going to keep using my generic one, but I'm glad yours wasn't my first introduction to such a device, because I'd be literally less likely to check my sugar. The only reason i bought your new device is because you stopped making strips for the old one, which is also really irritating. All in all it feels like a downgrade, one that you didn't actually test on a large and diverse enough user group.”
