“I be am very disappointed in the upgrade of the meter. I question the consistency in comparison to the other one. But most importantly the way the strips are packaged are virtually impossible to open without a scissor and when you are testing at work or in the car to try to open them is incredibly inconvenient and difficulty. Also when opening with a scissor I have ruined a couple of the strips and they are very expensive . Unfortunately I will be shopping for a new monitor.”

the App...not so much. i've called 2x with questions
and think its working, but still not accepting readings.
IMPORTANT.... HECTOR has been wonderful in helping me with the app and other questions as i get used to the meter, etc.
