“Products themselves are good quality and seem to work well. The promo bundle offered a decent discount. I suggest you include more information for those are "beginners" using these items. The users manuals are pretty focused on the meter and don't really explain much about the lancets or strips...parts, how to use, do/don'ts, etc. Even in watching the videos, it's hard to see the small parts of the items. thanks”
“While the meter seems fine, the strips leave a lot to be desired. So far in only a couple of weeks six have been wasted. Four didn’t work and two were damaged trying to get them out of the packing. The packing is too hard to tear open and the strips to hard to get out once opened. I much preferred the old packing in the little tub. Also, the upgrade offer came about a week after I had purchased new strips for the old meter. The offer was urgent so, I lost half or more of the old strips to obsolescence. All in all, it’s been an expensive “upgrade”. One I could have done without.”
