“All in all I am satisfied, but have two issues.
1. Main issue is that the strips do not pull blood in as well as the older ones did. Sometimes they won’t fill completely and I have to toss the strip and start over.
2. The way the app does the bluetooth link, I keep getting messages later that the meter has disconnect. This didn’t happen before.”

“I really like a GK+ meter as compared to the old meter. When I used the old to measure ketone and glucose, 2 out of 3 measurements were not successful with which I was very frustrated. As a result, I did not use the old meter at all. A new GK+ meter measures ketone and glucose levels without failure, and I am able to monitor my ketone and glucose levels throughout a day.”
“Meter works pretty much the same as the old meter.I don't use the app because it doesn't give me anything thst the meter doesn't already give me. I do like the hardside case.”
“I don’t want to link my info to the app and prefer the strips in the container- the new individually packed strips are difficult to open with damp hands and generate more trash. There is no difference in the functionality of the new meter if you don’t utilize the app. Personally I prefer the older model.”
“I love my new meter. It was easy to set up and sync. I don't like the strips in the foil packages. I have severe arthritis in my hands and I cannot get them open without help.”
