“I struggle with opening the tear packets. It is hard to do. I prefer the vials over the individual strips. I think it is a waste of material, and adds extra steps and extra trash. I use a sharps container for the strips but now I have to find a trash can for the waste. I have arthritis in my hands and the packaging is tough to tear open. The strips do not come out easily. I’ve spoken with customer service and they did not address my issue but kept telling me their opinions.”
“It is easy to get discouraged when you are first starting the Keto journey. Theoretically simple but practically difficult and without some feedback maybe for some impossible. The meter kit gives you the information necessary to track the effectiveness of what you are doing and when successful provides instant positive feedback. A must have for Keto newbies”

“Everything about the GK + meter trade up is accurate. My only disappointment is I wish I had saved my finger stick apparatus from my old set. The new one requires you to open and replace the needle each time. I will run out of needles so fast. I admit I use the needle more than once.”
