Wanted to provide some feedback/potential areas to improve: 1. On the GK+ device, would be good if the surface had some texture as it is difficult to eject the test strip with one hand. 2. Your recommendation is to check the calibration weekly, which means spending $1 per week ($0.20 / Glucose strip + $0.80 / Keto strip) + cost of liquid. So over the course of 1 year this is ~$60, which is a bit steep. I will be starting doing this monthly and extended based on any shift calibration data. 3. Your videos to set up the app, could have been more explicit. One step that took me a bit of time was to find where to pair the device to my phone, which was to scroll down on the settings tab and then select meter. 4. The packaging for the strip is not easy to open, or to remove the strip from the packaging. 5. Would be good to print the calibration spec on the strips or have a place on line to input the lot number to get the information, as keeping the box is not always convenient. Especially if traveling. 6. Just wondering when you would need to use the Level 3 calibration liquid vs. just using the Level 2? As only Level 2 was sent with my starter kit. A few things about the app: 1. The app and ability to view historical data is great. Would be good to make a line chart for the data vs. just dots showing individual data points. 2. Would be good to have levels on the graph or colors, to show ideal area of ketosis. 3. Would be good to have an info section on the app to share information on what the GKI number means, and how it is calculated. It would be simple to show glucose/ketons, and that lower is better. But how low is too low? Overall, I am thankful for your device. Please view these comments as process improvements not customer complaints. As I started my Keto journey 2 years ago, I wanted a scientific, data driven way to see how I was progressing. Your device has been perfect for this. Thank you! Good luck with your revision improvements.

I haven't had this very long, so I rated this 5 stars based on how much I liked my old Keto-Mojo meter. No doubt I will like this one just as well after I am reconciled to the differences between it and my old meter. :) Two things I am having trouble getting used to: the design of the lancets that fit the lancet device that comes with this meter; and the foil packets for the testing strips. They are hard to tear open, and it takes a while to extract the test strip. I would far prefer the little canisters that the test strips used to come in.

Too much set-up time; too much maintenance. Original unit it replaces was so much simpler. And this one is made in China - I didn't think to look at where the old one was made before I sent it back. I'd be willing to pay more for US products. If I had a choice, I'd go back to my old unit.

Works great, but wish there was an option for multiple users on one device.

Very easy to use and a must for anyone wanting to watch impacts of food and environment on their blood glucose, ketones, and theroretically insulin. This device has helped me identify triggers and also confirm ketosis when I would have thought I was not experiencing. I am using it to understand how to effectivly flex in and out of ketosis.

The strips are incredibly hard to get out of the packaging. With dexterity issues or stiffness in hands in the morning the time it takes, as well as the frustration will make me look for a different testing system. Very disappointed in the strips. I also do not like the release button in the back. My oldest meter was more user friendly.

The older unit was a better design all around, even with less buttons it functioned better, there were no tinfoil wrappers to try and get open and all over the place, then try to pick up a tiny piece of paper and stick in a tiny slot. I don't believe the pay off of seeing the data on your phone was worth it at all. I gave my old unit away in anticipation of the "Bigger and Better", bummer...
