“The reason for the 2 star review is because I was charged sales tax on the purchase even though it is tax exempt in the state where I live. I contacted customer service and supplied them with documentation showing it was tax exempt and requested a refund of the sales tax. The customer service rep refused and said there was nothing she could do. You should not be charging sales tax if it is tax exempt.”
“I was hesitant to up grade after recently purchasing the previous meter.
It does basically the same thing as the previous meter. The improvements in my opinion are in the App which you link to the meter and the test strips. The individually wrapped test strips last 2 years from manufacturing date, which is significant, if you don't test often.
The App makes it easy to store and track results over time.
It comes with a better case, more lancets, more test strips and includes test solutions compared to the previous meter. I hope that the meters improvements in the future, will not require purchasing a new meter. All in all, I am pleased with the meter and all the information this company puts out. Thanks.”
