“Well, I'm sure I would give it a better review if I had received it. Since I haven't, I can only say that it does not work as advertised, being missing, and therefore deserves a 1 star review.
Worse still is that Customer Service is only available at certain hours, so asking about it is futile. And, of course, they will chatge me for not returning the previous model - but a shipping label didn't make it either.

“This was a really important investment. Started out in the low level ketosis 0.1 to boarding on hypoglycemia, would’ve have know without this meter. My fat intake for keto apparently is not high enough, although I’ve lost 36lbs in a total of 7 months. My goal to reverse prediabetes status. Starting over with a more structured keto diet.
