“The lancing device in the kit fell apart as soon as I opened the package. I contacted the company and they requested a video of the problem. After I sent the requested video, they promptly sent me a new lancing device. The meter is easy to use and it's very easy to down load results to my phone. I like the individually wrapped test strips. They are easy to open but not always easy to remove from the package. I look forward to using the meter to help me get to a deeper level of therapeutic ketosis for health reasons.”
