“It’s a great tool, I have had other monitors, but much prefer the dual ability of this one being able to monitor both glucose as well as keystones. In addition their monitor strips are sealed in foil in order to avoid contamination. Best available kit that I am aware of. AFJ”
“Some test strips didn't work correctly, so contacted support immediately looking for advice not knowing if it was a hardware problem or just some bad strips (I'd used device without issues for 2 weeks prior). When they got back to me the next week they passed me around to several different reps and all were ultimately unhelpful. Be careful purchasing because if you run into a problem their support team will give you a laundry list of things they need, some of which you may not know you need in the moment something isn't working properly, and before they are willing to do anything to help. Read the warranty and refund policies carefully because their version of "standing behind their products" may not be yours.”
