“As first time user, I found it difficult to get all the details from the video. "Mr. Mojo" went too fast and there were not close ups of each step so I would know exactly how to insert the lancet, even which button to push to eventually eject it. I still do not know how to sync the device to online. The printed literature is hard to read.
I was able to finally get readings once I stumbled my way through. I wasn't aware of how many lancets were included in the package and because I used up so many in my first attempts, I now need to buy more. Other than those things, it could be a helpful tool.
