This is no different, but if you mix it with STRONG coffee it is actually not too bad!I do find that when using this I do seem to avoid the colds and flu that travels through our office, so I'm fairly sure that it helps. The jar is currently £20 for 50g, which is a good price for this quantity. I like that the jar is small and glass, reducing the amount of plastics used. “Not sure about this supplement at all. First impression, when I opened the jar, I was shocked to see that it is half empty. Yes, it states that the contents weigh 50g on the label, but the first impression, on shelf in a store, would be that you would be getting double that, so that's pretty shady. Use a smaller jar Kiki! Secondly, it's disgusting to taste, so I personally would recommend that you take the coffee option rather than have it in water or your smoothie, and thirdly I get that it's organic and natural, but the beneficial claims are to me a little hazy, and I can't tell whether I'm in a better state of health or not. Dunno if I'd ever order this again.”
