It's hard not to think that it's a way to confuse consumers, who are used to more standard dosages. I'd not heard of Amla before, apparently it's an Indian Gooseberry so it's natural and organic so what's not to like. I personally take it to read that there is 450mg per capsules and if you choose to take the two capsules then it will give you 900mg of Vitamin C.”
