Kiki Health products are most valuable support for better health and well-being. I am really satisfied and feeling much better after I starter using them daily!❤️

I've taken other Kiki health supplements and have found them beneficial and reliable. This Vit C is a great supplement which has been good addition to my daily intake. It's organic and derived from Amla berries. Amla is much more potent than citrus for vitamin c and is particularly beneficial for eye health. 50 caps at one or two a day. I've taken one a day so these will last 7 weeks. I've noticed a subtle, but positive improvement in energy levels and overall well-being. The gradual enhancement means I'm confident in its benefits, especially with consistent use. I haven't experienced any side effects and it's easy to take. Great product and would recommend and rebuy.

long term use needed for these vitamins, but I can say they travelled well and are pleasant enough to take.

It's hard to review supplements, as it takes a while to feel the effect - if you feel any effect at all. These capsules come in a very unusual dosage of 450mg per capsule, with the dosage being 2 capsules. It's hard not to think that it's a way to confuse consumers, who are used to more standard dosages. A bottle contains 50 capsules, so you only get 25 days' worth of vitamins, which, for the current retail price, it's nothing short of extortionate.Vitamin C is vitamin C, and you can get very good quality vitamin C at your local supermarket for a lot less.

I have used this organic vitamin c capsules and find it as effective as I had been using the other brand. The best before date is hardly visible and was very difficult to find where was this information located. It would be easier if this was displayed visibly.I wish the manufacturer could make a 1000 mg strength per tablet as this is only 450 mg of vitamin c. And therefore 2 needs to be taken daily.

Yup can’t beat vitamin c. The most tested and researched vitamin and advised by health professionals. This one claims to be more potent and therefore more benefit. I found them easy to swallow with little to no taste. The brand seems to be well presented and not the rubbish you sometimes find. The brand does a whole range of supplements and appear to be at the higher end of quality. I’ve not had any adverse effects while taking and will continue to finish them. Good all round, value and quality

I like the size of these capsules, they're smaller than my other supplements. I take two of these a day now the weather has turned colder which means that this bottle will only last me 25 days. I'd not heard of Amla before, apparently it's an Indian Gooseberry so it's natural and organic so what's not to like. I personally take it to read that there is 450mg per capsules and if you choose to take the two capsules then it will give you 900mg of Vitamin C.
