“Easy to take and swallow. The taste is very pleasant making it very easy to take. I unfortunately already have a lot of prescription meds to take. The fact that this is a liquid makes it easier for me to take all the supplements that I need day to day. My body rejects the meds if i take too many tablets. “I am really happy with this liquid supplement. It is clearly marked as being a vegan supplement. It is easy to measure with the built in dropper. It tastes fine when added to juice or squash and the price is reasonable. A much more convenient way to take a supplement than with a capsules or tablet. You could also just add it to water. I would hope taking it this way will increase absorption rates too. Definitely one to consider.”
