It also means one less tablet to take, although 30 drops per dose takes a little time to dispense and I wonder how long the bottle will last. Despite this, it’s a great product, and I recommend it, but also recommend using a medicine measuring cup to decant the 30 drops into, so you only have to count them once.”

Counting out the 30 drops into the glass of water requires some patience though it gets easier as the days go by.The water tastes slightly bitter but it's quite bearable. I didn't need to use a sweetener in it.I will keep going until the bottle is used up and report further if needed.”
