My only fault is that the bottle doesn't hold much product for the price its listed for so i wouldn't say it's the best value on the market, however if price isn't a concern i would definitely recommend this.”

In liquid form it’s more direct than tablets, and less messy than using a spray on the legs and feet. It also means one less tablet to take, although 30 drops per dose takes a little time to dispense and I wonder how long the bottle will last. Despite this, it’s a great product, and I recommend it, but also recommend using a medicine measuring cup to decant the 30 drops into, so you only have to count them once.”

It's to be taken in water - it's functionally like a tincture (though that's not the correct terminology it works the same way).This is very easy to use as long as one isn't in a hurry. Counting out the 30 drops into the glass of water requires some patience though it gets easier as the days go by.The water tastes slightly bitter but it's quite bearable. I didn't need to use a sweetener in it.I will keep going until the bottle is used up and report further if needed.”
