“This form of magnesium may not be the best choice for everyone so please do your own research as there are many forms of magnesium available that have specific benefits. Chloride is an all rounder that's easily absorbed but also has some specific uses that may not be applicable for some users.If you understand what you're taking this is an all rounder form of magnesium in a liquid form that's easy to add to a glass of water if you have issues swallowing tabs or you just want an alternative to them. The opaque brown bottle is small with an effective dropper.Dosage is 30 drops per dose equivalent to 120 mg of magnesium from a 50 ml bottle to be taken once per day.The drops do have an unpleasant taste so you need to take them in a decent size glass of water & give it a good stir as it tends to settle on the bottom. I personally found it too unpleasant for me so will be returning to tablet/caps for my magnesium.This form of ionic magnesium makes it highly bioavailable which is a bonus.If you prefer a vegan, liquid form for your supplements with a high bio availability these are a decent choice.”
“I am really happy with this 50ml liquid supplement. It is clearly marked as being a vegan supplement. It is easy to measure with the built in dropper. It tastes fine when added to juice or squash and the price is reasonable. A much more convenient way to take a supplement than with a capsules or tablet. You could also just add it to water. I would hope taking it this way will increase absorption rates too. Definitely one to consider.”
“Fantastic product, Nice sized bottle, Great magnesium content for me this is a great sleep aid as I take this with Ashwagandha, the fact that this is a dropper form of taking it help more as it requires no digestion and is absorbed into the body rapidly. As for efficacy I cannot possible comment as feel that is a personal journey with your supplements, some might have more of an effect on other people than they do on yourself.All in all though a great product and will continue to use KIKI Health products as they have become a name I can trust when it comes to good supplements.”
