I was asked by Stellar Reviews to write a review of the Kinsa Quick Care Thermometer I bought a couple years back... I'did NOT receive compensation. These are all my own opinions. Q.What did you think about the reliability and accuracy of this thermometer? A. I wasn't very impressed with it. It wouldn't consistently connect with my phone like it was supposed to. Q.Were you able to quickly and easily take your chI'd's temperature? A. Oh heavens no. This is the stick kI'd that goes in the mouth, under the armpit or in the bottom. Since I have the model that plugs directly into the headphone jack of your cellphone, the toddler wanted no part in sitting for it to take the temp. Q.Did you use the thermometer with the app? A. I'did. It was difficult to get it to get and stay connected. Q.How easy was it to use and navigate the app? A. I'don't remember the app being a problem as much as the device cooperating. Q.What was your favorite feature of the app? A. Had I gotten it to work as it'should've, I would've loved the feature where you could add profiles and it would save a temperature log for that person.

Overall, the Kinsa Quick Care Thermometer is great. With three kids, the app and Bluetooth connection are so helpful in keeping track of all of my kids temperatures and the tips and advice are helpful. The thermometer reads quickly and the bubble popping feature is helpful in keeping the kids calm. My favorite feature of the app is that you can assign temperature reads to each kid and can'track their temps I'dividually. I am giving it a lower score because ours unfortunately stopped connecting and would reboot every time we trI'd to use it after about 6 months. Great thermometer, just wish it would have lasted longer.

Let?s start with the short: we LOVE our Kinsa thermometer. Okay, now for the long: our ten month old is a wiggle monster, and has no patience for getting her temp taken. Our Kinsa is quite possibly the quickest thermometer that we?ve ever used, and really accurately gives us a temp right away. I love that her temperature is automatically recorded in the app rather than having to write it down on scrap paper when we?re dealing with a sick baby. We typically just use the underarm feature, but I love that there are a few options for taking temps. This is my favorite add-on gift for baby showers, and we?ll continue to be Kinsa fans for life!

Kinsa Quick Care is the perfect kids thermometer. I have trI'd out multiple thermometers and I can say this is my favorite. I love how easy it is to use and that it uploads the temp readings directly to my phone so I can easily reference it as needed. The app functionality works great to track multiple chI'dren as well as medications, symptoms and diagnosis so you can look back on it in the future. I'definitely recommend it to any parent who is looking for a great thermometer and likes to easily access medical history.

This thermometer is a wonderful thing to have as a mom of three. I love being able to create separate profiles for each of my kids in the app and keep track of temperature and symptoms for each one. The thermometer easily connects to the app once you turn it on and automatically loads the temperature in. I'd love if the app had an option to add in my own notes as well because sometimes the symptoms my kids are having don't fall under any of the listed categories. However, it's still very convenient to able to look back through the app and see when fevers and symptoms started. I've compared temperature readings with other thermometers and this one seems accurate and reliable. I have recommended this thermometer to all my mom friends!

I received the Kinsa Quick Care Thermometer for free as part of a school initiative. The thermometer is quick to use, easy-to-read, and the app is useful for managing symptoms and data. it'seems like you have to use the app to use the thermometer, but it is able to be used without the app as well. You are able to keep track of multiple family members with customized fever guidance and tips within the app.

I'm a first time mom. I've trI'd multiple thermometers.. some that take the temperature directly from his forehead and others that are your average regular thermometer. However, none of them have ever seemed accurate. For example, his forehead would feel extremely hot and he?d be very sad all day but the thermometers would say it was normal. This is the only thermometer that has been very trustworthy and dependable. The app also has cool functions that help you keep track of temperatures for multiple people. It also allows you to keep track of what time you give medicine to your little one and how much you gave.

I bought the Kinsa while I was pregnant with my first baby. He's almost 1 now and we've used it plenty of times. The best part about it is that it connects to the Kinsa app on my phone and keeps a log of all the readings. It was extremely easy to set up the app and connect to the thermometer, even for someone who isn't tech savy. What I like most about this function is that once set up, the temperature reading gets sent straight to the app automatically without any sort of prompt. Even though it had been months between readings, the app still picked up the new reading and logged it. Ever since the Covid-19 outbreak we've used it everyday and it's nice to look back through the log to monitor for any changes. Another thing I enjoy about this thermometer is that it is flexible and not rigid. This makes it easier to take the temperature of a squI'my baby. The bright green background and large digital numbers make it clear to read and the cute little smiley face shows up when the temperature is in a happy range. The one tricky thing with this thermometer is sometimes the ON button sticks a little because it is so small and a little hard to tell if you're pressing it. Truthfully I think this thermometer could easily have a higher price tag considering it's features. I'd happily buy this thermometer time and time again.
