“It is good. It dissolves fairly well in hot liquids. I have not tried in cold. I add 4 TB to my cup of coffee. It does have a smell that is not all that pleasant when I add it to milk but once the coffee is in the cup I do not smell or taste it. It makes for a protein rich cup of coffee. and I love that it comes in a 3 lb can. The scoop inside is worthless. The handle is so short. I use a scoop with a long handle that I got from a more expensive brand.”

“I bought this awhile ago... I took it for days and my nails got a little harder but once I stopped taking it they went back to brittle again. I had bought it for both keto and hoping it would have worked like Knox for Nails but it just didn't. There is no taste and if I ever stick with keto I would ordered again. It does make your coffee creamy. I just want super hair and nail growth and I think my expectations in that area were too high.”
