“I bought this awhile ago... I took it for days and my nails got a little harder but once I stopped taking it they went back to brittle again. I had bought it for both keto and hoping it would have worked like Knox for Nails but it just didn't. There is no taste and if I ever stick with keto I would ordered again. It does make your coffee creamy. I just want super hair and nail growth and I think my expectations in that area were too high.”

FYI I tried another brand first that was a lot cheaper (Zen Principle), which had overheated and (visibly) burned their seal under the cap, sealing burnt plastic smoke/fumes in to be absorbed into the fine powder. I noticed the melted bubbly material and slight plasticy smell when opening it but it was still totally sealed and I did not know what it was supposed to smell like so (like an idiot) I decided to try some one night anyways, and the next day i woke up feeling terrible, (brutal headache, severe full body/joint pain/sorness) like the worst hangover of my life which lasted three solid days. Which was quite scary. They totally denied any possible responsibility but refunded my $ and offered another jug at huge discount, so I gave them another try. And when I got it and opened it up, I was very surprised to see, the inside of the seal was burned and it smelled like burnt plastic. Their response this time was most unsatisfactory.
My advice: don't use products that smell like plastic and don't buy from Zen Principle, even at half price.”
