“I make this with twice the amount of water (or you could do half a scoop) as the flavor is very tart otherwise. The added water really helps to tone down the flavor and I'm hydrating more. I usually add my MCT oil with it and drink this as brunch/lunch and again in the afternoon. I find it keeps me full without feeling as though I've skipped any meals and gives me energy to get through the day.”
“Love how they come with keto strips, but don't seem to kick me into a deep ketosis. Does help power through workouts without a jittery feeling. Priced well, but will be upping my serving size, which brings me to them being more expensive than better quality exogenous ketones!”
