“The struggle was real! I used an extra large plastic litter box that had a lid. I would gag and have to leave the room 5 times before I could get it emptied. My cat likes the open concept litter box and I like that I can keep it cleaner (the clay litter is awesome and forms solid clumps) and put the lid on when the new one arrives and just change it out without gagging!”

“I like the way the kitty Poo boxes streamline the process. I have two cats and three boxes (each with a different type of litter). They definitely show preferences for different types. I check the boxes twice a day and it’s been so easy. Also no smells! Very easy and they recommend changing the boxes out monthly but I’m finding that the boxes last longer.”

“Since my cat likes to pee in the corners of the box (where there tends to be a small gap where the pieces of cardboard meet), I have had a little bit of leakage with the boxes— everywhere else on box IS waterproof, though.
As I set up this month’s box, I covered the corners with duct tape (“purr” the manufacturer’s recommendation) before adding the litter.
I also cut the edges thick plastic bag that the litter came in so it can lay flat underneath the box as an additional barrier, just in case it’s needed (we’ll see).
Despite that one issue, I love this new litter box system! Not having a plastic litter box that never gets totally clean even after scrubbing it “each” month has made a major improvement (if not eliminated) in the stink factor in my apartment.
I’ve recommended Kitty Poo Club several times over the past few months, since I started.

“Best decision ever! I had a large covered box for my cat and I struggled daily with removing the lid and getting everything scooped well. Cleaning was also an issue as the box with litter was heavy and difficult to empty, hard to clean, and smelled awful. The Kitty Poo box comes right to my door and is easy to set up, the litter clumps just right for easy daily maintenance and just when I think I'm running low on litter, another box shows up. Clean up used to take me over an hour and winter months were so hard. Now, I can empty the box and set up a new one in 15 min. or less. The cost is affordable as well. I was spending over $20 a month on litter so paying a little more to get a brand new box is great. For those who have cats who love to scratch, mine does too. She scratches at the box all the time and I have never seen a tear or leak.”
