“My cats prefer the clay over the little plastic beads. But because you need to scoop the "pee" it takes a lot of the litter with it. So halfway through the month I needed to add kitty litter to the box- I was running out of clay!!
My cats like to dig before they do their business. Is there anyway you could make the bags of clay bigger?
Also I keep asking if you could make the boxes have an option of entry on the short side. That is how my cats enter the box and EVERY month I have to cut my own entry door.”

“A friend sent me info about this product and I was a bit skeptical about whether our old cat (who is set in her ways) would go for changing her boxes. My husband usually has litter box duty and I thought this would make his life easier. Good news is that both the cat and the husband are happy . “I can’t believe how happy I am with this service. Our cats LOVE them and took to them right away. Ordered an extra bag of litter just in case we need to top up a box. We haven’t needed to, but it did get down to the wire last month. So far, we are using two boxes for two largish adult cats. We still have the old litter boxes downstairs, but they are choosing not to use the old ones at all.
