My cat is very sensitive to litter, (she normally throws up everywhere if she doesnt like the litter) and not only does the clay litter not bother her, the box is way easier to clean up!

We got our second delivery from kitty-poo and are looking forward to trying the crystals this time. The first time, we weren’t sure if the cats would like the change, so we just got the typical clay litter, so it would be similar to what they’ve used in the past. Neither cat had any problem switching to the new boxes. However, the litter did clump and absorb almost too well. After just one week we needed to add more litter because the boxes were almost empty. Hoping the crystals last longer. Otherwise I fear it will be too expensive to order a few boxes every week or two.

I am excited for my next shipment. I loved the dome because it provided enough room for my kitty to get in yet had the high walls to protect his sprays. KittyPoo clay trapped in the odor and wetness better than my regular clay. I went 3 weeks with KittyPoos clay, then one week of my own clay. That fourth week, I noticed the box soaked through. I believe its because of my litter that didnt work as well. Or the amount of time. Either way I am thrilled to have this box! And I look forward to throwing this one out and starting fresh!

There should be a little more litter required to make it through the month

This idea is great - I love the ease and hygiene aspect. However I have a few small issues - packaging, litter quantity, and hood design. Packaging - the litter comes in a thick plastic bag, which came with a hole ripped in it, so the litter was scattered in the box. Maybe a thinner bag inside the outer bag? Or some paper wrapped around it? Litter quantity - this may have to do with the ripped bag issue, but near the end of the month the litter was too low in the box for it to clump properly, and the cats are digging on the bottom of the box. Hood design - like the hood, but would love it if the inside was waterproofed like the box. I have an older cat who tends to stand up while she goes (we call her an elevator pee-er) and the untreated cardboard on the hood is just soaking it up and holding the smell. If it were coated I could definitely get 2-3 months out of it or longer. All in all, I like this product, and will keep using it.

Very good litter. No smell, easy to scoop. My cat seemed to like it. Giving 4 stars because it tracks everywhere. Trying the fine grit next shipment.
