“Our cat had no adjustment period to her new litter box and our family noticed less of a residual odor by refreshing the box each month. Unfortunately our cat unexpectedly passed away shortly after we started our subscription. Customer service promptly responded to my request to cancel the subscription and sent a sympathy card. Very impressive!”

“I am not a fan of clay litter and this was not a go for me. I got it complimentary because I had also tried the soy litter before it sold out. Went back to silica, but moved to the fine silica, because personally that one is the best out of all of them.”
“I am liking the idea of a disposable litter box - and being mailed to me is a bonus. I have been using another brand of disposable litter boxes and thought I would try. I do wish there were more litter provided though, I feel like this barely - if it really does - get me through until the next time to change boxes. I am using the "clay" litter but going to check into a different litter that may be less dusty.”
“My cats dont like the silica option so I tried out clay and they love it. The clumping makes for easier cleaning, but it does clump to the bottom of the box. Absolutely no dust, but it does start to smell a little earlier than the silica so I increased the frequency of my shipments. Ill keep buying the clay as long as my cats continue to love it!”
“When I first switched over it was because a different product was no longer available. I personally feel like this is messier bc my cat kicks it around a lot but she seems to like it the best. I’ve tried the crystals (she didn’t like), the soy pellets (discontinued). If given the chance I might switch back to soy but only to see which she truly prefers.”
