“I used this set up for I believe the last 3 years. There was literally no smell ever, and it didnt track half as much as any other litter I've tried. My cat actually just passed away a few weeks ago and I went to cancel the subscription and selected my cat passed and that was it. Few weeks later I got a hand written card from Kitty Poo Club sending their condolences for my boy. That meant more than I can explain. Besides the fact this is a great set up and product, that card alone will be the reason if and when I do adopt another cat, I will be signing back up immediately. I’m also completely frustrated with FedEx delivery. They keep pushing the arrival date further and further out. Going to end up buying a standard litter box to hold us over. Ugh!!”

Thanks for sharing your experience. We’re glad you like the convenience of the disposable litter boxes, but sorry to hear about the tracking and the FedEx delays.
Our transit times, especially those from our location here in Ohio to yours, in Oregon, usually require up to 7-11 business days, but they can require more time due to weather issues at this time of year. As for the visibility on your order, FedEx loads packages bound for the West Coast and Pacific Northwest regions on to trains and often the packages will go for several days without a scan while on the rail journey. New scans will appear when the package is unloaded at the destination station.
We have a suggestion that will assure your orders are on hand before you actually need them. By having just one shipment sent a week or 2 early, you can build a "transit cushion" into your auto-ship. Orders will arrive before they are actually needed, and the box can just be set aside until it's time to change.
