“I'd like to know why my order is three days late?? It's supposed to be arriving via Fed ex and I actually reordered early so I could change the box and I'm still waiting!”

Sorry to hear you are still waiting on your shipment. FedEx uses an estimated system and sometimes those estimated dates can change depending on route taken, weather, etc. We can confirm your order is not lost and in transit. “It is nice to just throw the box away with the used litter. However, it would be nice to be able to tape the lid on the litter box and throw it away or put in a bag. If I tape it closed the litter pours out and I have a mess to clean up.”

“The litter is good and I like the idea of throwing everything out. I do find the plastic ribs that are meant to strengthen the sides very difficult to apply.
