“I'd like to know why my order is three days late?? It's supposed to be arriving via Fed ex and I actually reordered early so I could change the box and I'm still waiting!”

Sorry to hear you are still waiting on your shipment. FedEx uses an estimated system and sometimes those estimated dates can change depending on route taken, weather, etc. We can confirm your order is not lost and in transit. We will continue to monitor your shipment to make sure delivery is made. 😊

“It is nice to just throw the box away with the used litter. However, it would be nice to be able to tape the lid on the litter box and throw it away or put in a bag. If I tape it closed the litter pours out and I have a mess to clean up.”

“The litter is good and I like the idea of throwing everything out. I do find the plastic ribs that are meant to strengthen the sides very difficult to apply.

“I love it,. This litter does not track all over the place. The health monitoring is not necessarily accurate but that is ok.
On a different note, I hate that it is shipped by FedEx, they WILL NOT follow delivery directions and leave it down on a busy street instead of on our front porch and they leave it on snow, wet ground, and in mud. Every month I leave a comment on their site and tell them the problem and every month they say “thank you for your feedback” and nothing changes. There are times I think about not getting this product anymore because of the delivery problem. Sure wish you could get me some help with this.”
