“I like the boxes however they get stinky within two weeks. It would be preferable if they lasted at least three weeks because they’re very expensive. They also start leaking after two weeks. Also, it is very gross cleaning out the box it will be my preference that the boxes are a little bit thicker to hold the pee.”

“Used to love you guys. This time it took two weeks tio receive y deliver and when it finally came, the boxes were dented. Not damaged to the extent that they could not be used, but damaged enough to make me reuse the previous lids. Delivery has gotten crappy and now quality is an issue. Disappointed. Love the concept but now going to explore other options.”

“I love the convenience of this disposable box, it holds up and doesn't fall apart. What I don't love is that it is not shipped in any kind of packaging or wrapped at all and shipped with FedEx. FedEx doesn't care about your deliveries, they will leave your delivery in a puddle of water, or in the rain and although this litter box is great, it doesn't do well when it sits outside in the pouring rain all day like mine did yesterday. At least UPS will put your package in a plastic bag to protect it from the rain. I'm disappointed that now I have to try to use a box that will be warped after sitting in the rain all day.
I will be seriously reconsidering my subscription”
