“So urine that does not clump or able to get out of the litter box so it constantly smells like pee I have had to add clumping litter to it and that doesn't even help and I was really excited to have the service”

So with daily stirring (which is very important with the silica litters), and daily removal of the poo clumps, your experience might have been a bit different. Again our apologies for any confusion. “What a great idea this is. I am 78 and it is easy even for me. The boxes unfold easily, never a leak and the litter keeps the smell away. Easy to refold the box and put the lid back on when finished, put it in a trash bad and put it in the trash, or if you have more energy than me, dump the litter and then hose out the box and recycle it. They have thought of everything. Having this delivered right to my door is great too. I was having trouble getting a bag of litter up the steps, the delivery person brings it right up to my door.”

“I like the system. My cats (2) seemed to have adjusted to the litter. My only comment to the creators would be to give a discount if you order an extra litter for between changing the boxes. It litter doesn't seem to last a full 2 weeks.”

“The boxes are a great help and I use the crystal litter. However, my cats manage to claw up and wear down the bottoms of the boxes by the time it's time to change them out. It makes for a bit of a hassle with clean up as the litter just spills from the worn hole. I would love a solution for this.”
