“I love the litter box system but the delivery is HORRIBLE! I can never seem to get my boxes around the same time each month. I find myself having to buy store bought litter towards the beginning of each month smh wish there was a way to get this issue resolved and the I love love it even more.”

“I have no issues with the product. I love it. But FedEx delivery has been very questionable. They leave the box outside when I have a covered porch. One time the box was so beat up. I wasn’t sure I was going to be able to use it. Now, my delivery is two days late. Perhaps kitty poo should consider a different vendor for shipping.”
