Thanks for your insight David. Our apologies for any confusion. We do have some customers that prefer to have more than one auto-ship, so that is not so uncommon on our end. We are showing you cancelled one of the auto-ships, but the second one was still showing as active. We have a small window where we are able to cancel orders once processed, and we are so sorry we could not stop that order for you. We are happy to issue a full refund once the item has been returned to our facility. We are happy to help get you set back up once you have used up your surplus supply.
