We are showing you cancelled one of the auto-ships, but the second one was still showing as active. We have a small window where we are able to cancel orders once processed, and we are so sorry we could not stop that order for you. “Kitty Poo has made clean up a dream around here - the kitties love that I cut out the sides and it is really easy to get in and out of the boxes with the low sides. I like how easy it is to keep them scooped out and to have a new box instead of having to clean one up between refills. I also like that the stuff is recycled. We all feel good about Kitty Poo:-)”
