Thanks for the terrific rating, Sandra! We love your suggestion about an odor sponge and will pass it along to our product team. We’ll keep you posted on any updates.😻
“I love the convenience and I like the litter, but feel it is costly especially with the recent price increase. Two things make me give it a 3 star only review: I have only one cat, but I don't think there is enough litter to last for a whole month and while it is advertised as odor free, I do not find that to be true. I clean the litter box at least daily, usually more often than once a day, but there is still an odor from the litter box.
Only two things have kept me ordereing and those are the monthly delivery and the litter itself, although I do have to supplement with other litter.”
“The box and the quality is great. I only have a kitten and the one bag of litter runs short each month. I find the shipping date and scheduled date to be frustrating.”
Thanks for the kind words about the box quality! Sorry to hear the litter runs short each month and if you would like to reach out to us at support@kittypooclub.com, we can help answer any questions you might have with regard to the shipping schedules. 😊
“I've been a long time user of the Soy litter with the disposable box. I tried another litter a month or two ago, but nah, Soy is the winner.
Sure, it does track, etc - what litter doesn't, anyway? But Soy's easy to clean up with a small broom n dustpan and dump back into the litter box (I do make sure it's not got icky stuff mixed in, before I put back in the box, lol).
So far, Soy is the least dust billowing litter for me (very critical as I have lung problems). It does have a slight natural scent which might bother some people, but I think you get used to that scent pretty fast. I live in my apt, so I become nose-blind to cat scents, naturally - that's normal.
My mom visits often and prior to me changing over to this soy litter, she'd complain all the time about it smelling like CAT POO right after she entered the apt. Litter box is in another room... Now? No complaints about any CAT POO scent except for that one month of trying a different litter. I had the same Cat Poo scent complaint with that attempted litter, too, as well.
So I'm very pleased with Soy. I don't always clean out the poop every day, but the Soy manages the odors very efficiently and definitely not through using perfume like a lot of clay litters do.
One bag lasts a full month with my one cat.”
Thanks so much for the wonderful review, Simona! We’re thrilled the Soy litter is working well for you, with low dust and odor control. We are grateful for customers like yourself, and appreciate your feedback!😻
“Kitty Poo is the BEST litter. I love having it delivered to my door every month. No mess no fuss, no lugging heavy litter bags or boxes from the store. At the end of the month I dump the litter and throw the old box away. The soy litter is fantastic. It clumps beautifully, does not track at all, and is not dusty.”
“Love the box. No leakage at all . Litter stays in the box. I really love the soy litter. It clumps better than any litter I’ve ever used and smells really nice.”
“I finally found the litter that works best for us - the soy does a great job of covering odor, low tracking, eco-friendly and flushable. It checks all the boxes. The disposable box was great, especially during winter, though my wife prefers a covered litter box so I've gone back to our plastic one and just order the soy bags now. I hope they get a covered option for the boxes, I would order it!”
Thank you for the fabulous rating, Chad! 😊 We’re glad the Soy litter works so well for you—odor control, low tracking, and its eco-friendly, are exactly what we aim for. We do carry Domes for both our Standard and XL Boxes. Please feel free to reach out to us at support@kittypooclub.com, and we can discuss the Dome options.
“The smell of the soy litter is surprisingly pleasant! It works the best at trapping odors (I’ve tried silica, fine silica and harvest blend: wheat). Also, the soy litter provides the least amount of tracking. The only downside is how WELL it clumps. Which means that by week 3, I don’t have an enough litter left in the box.”
Thank you for the terrific rating Barrett! We’re glad the Soy litter helps with odors and minimizes tracking. We hear you on the clumping—and will pass that on to the team. 💜
