“With the help of Kitty Poo staff this month, I am learning how to better use my supplies. I have been mistakenly using the plastic side rails while also using the Domes. I didn't realize the side rails are not necessary or recommended with use of Domes. I have had to address numerous leaks and considered stopping shipments until I reached out to KPC staff who have been so helpful with suggestions on how to avoid leaks. Yay! I'm staying with KPC and will submit another review after I set up my new boxes that hopefully will not leak anymore.”

“Not sure what happened this last time but my shipment was supposed to arrive on a Tuesday. It did not get here until Saturday. I had to purchase more litter to make it until it arrived. Hopefully this was a one time thing.”

Our boxes are designed to last one month for one cat, but some cats—like larger, older, or those with health issues—may need more frequent changes. For these cases, we suggest switching to every 3 weeks or adding an extra bag of litter.
