“I suffer from a daily tsunami of hot flashes due to medication I'm on. Initially I was very sceptical but the patches work a treat and the frequency and intensity of these is hugely reduced. The one downside is they don't stick well and I've had to write off a few. Also the adhesive isn't as easy to remove as stated. It's quite messy. But overall, they have been a great help.”
