“Am so happy I tried this, was looking for a product that helped with sleeping and night sweats. The first time I used a patch I slept for 11 hours. Night sweats are greatly reduced, gone are the dripping wet chest/neck. Yes, I still wake up but am warm rather than soaking. For me, I have found applying the patch late afternoon/ early evening better as it’s still delivering through the night, rather than applying in the morning.
