“The color matching was on point. I was a little underwhelmed by the fabric thickness used. The bow ties didn't want to keep their shape as well as some of the other bow ties that I own and the adjusting plastic hardware was a bit cheap for the price. The service at Knotty Tie Co is great and they are a great group to work with. Thank you for helping to make my wedding a success.”

“It was extremely helpful to be able to order this and the product is of great quality, though quite large. However, a suggestion, if I may: it was not quite clear enough in the several preceding communications regarding this order that the item would need to be returned. In other words, I thought the $10 was the cost to purchase the chart, not a refundable deposit like the tie samples. Upon receipt of the chart, having a return envelope and label might have made this more clear if the chart arrived by itself, but I also received a (separate) sample tie order along with it, so my misinterpretation was not necessarily corrected at that time. I ended up "personalizing" the chart BEFORE noticing the note at the top of it about the return process and, unfortunately, had already made it my own, non-returnable. I admit this was partially my fault, but normally I am very adamant about understanding directions as to not risk losing a deposit or incurring additional costs. The marketing and process of ordering a color chart should be as clear as that of a sample tie.”
