“It's super useful to see the actual colors on a piece of fabric like the ones used for the ties! I took mine into different light to see what the colors would look like. The automatic return/refund process is excellent too! Thanks!”

“It's ridiculous that you won't allow color adjustments to your initial order. All I wanted to do was reselect some options on your website to change my bowtie design colors, but for some reason you require changes through email; to someone who doesn't respond back. You lost my business”
