“hello I have been a happy Koh customer for years and I was very pleased to receive a replacement mop bottle from you as mine from new suddenly had a slight hole resulting in leak.
the new bottle is great, but I must say that I always have trouble in taking the bottle out to refill it. My arthritic hands simply can't do it and I always have to ask a neighbour for help. Has anyone else had this problem?”
