“We had a problem with our mop bottle. .We contacted Koh , and they replaced it without any problem. My daughter had an issue with hers also , and hers was also replaced . Thank you guys at Koh !! “Love my mop. So glad I could buy a new bottle when mine got a crack rather than replace the whole mop. Koh products are great. No stinky chemicals and everything nice and clean.”
