“My previous mop bottle had a small crack so messaged Koh and got a replacement cheap and really quick. Love my mop, use it everyday and I can chose what fragrance I want to put in”

“This was a replacement as our bottle cracked . No fault of Koh. Arrived promptly. It would be good if we could go to Koh website and order any replacements or parts. Now, I am looking to purchase the telescopic rod for the grout brush and cannot find it.”
