“I purchased a new bottle because the original one had started leaking (we've had it about one year). Unfortunately the miop still leaked so I've bought a cheaper mop. Prior to buying the original mop I had read some poor reviews but went ahead anyway. The Koh liquid is great, I'd just suggest buying a different mop”

“Mop bottle was fine once I received the company koh use Yodel are a joke don't understand why they use such a awful company only have to look at their review will not go into the full saga but took three deliveries before I received it first time I.was at home they didn't deliver and when zi phoned took a mouthful of abuse so sadly will not order again from Koh unless they change their delivery policy”

“I love they you are able to purchase parts for the Koh cleaning system. My bottle needed to be replaced as I have had it for some years. Customer service was great and postage very quick. The bottle is big so you can fit a good amount of liquid into it and I like that you can see how much liquid is inside the bottle too.”
