“I do like my shift. The chain is not as flexible as I thought it would be. And I get a ‘metallic’ taste in my mouth when I use it. I have cleaned it thoroughly with soap and water and the cleaning kit and continue to do so.”
“I love mine as a reminder to breathe during the day so much so that I ordered one for my brother who started radiation on his lung the day after he received it. He said it reminds him of the lung tests that he's given and he loves it!”
“I’ve had my shift for years. I recently started getting stress hives and decided to pull out my “old” rose gold shift. I started using it again and viewed the TKM course videos. My hives have started to clear up and even though certain situations at work are stressful I don’t feel quite as internally tense after having started using the breathing methods I have learned. The shift is a great reminder and tool to use to take a moment to breathe and think of the little things throughout the day that make me happy instead of always focusing on the negative.”
