“I haven't even used the Shift that long but from what I experienced with the Flex I knew it was onto something spectacular and after using the Shift for the first time I immediately felt the relief I was looking for
Plus it's much more quiet than the Flex in my opinion, and having it as a necklace just means I'll have access to it more often and won't forget to use it! The weight is also important for me, not sure what it is but heavy weighted objects allows me to connect more with it.

“I am a shallow breather and sometimes hold my breath when focusing. This does help me breathe deeper and it's not hard to learn. An improvement would be a 360 swivel instead of 180. Sometimes the chain gets tangled but it's not a big deal. A 360 swivel would solve this issue (I think). I'd love a wrislet option. I think a chain would be too delicate for this but maybe a leather band. I already wear a necklace so sometimes the two jangle together. Other times this clashes with my outfit so a wrislet would be more discreet.”
“I originally purchased this when I decided to quit smoking cigarettes (after over 20 years of smoking regularly). While it does help with those cravings... I was surprised at how beautifully crafted it also is. I love wearing it as a necklace and having a tool right there, within reach, any time I need to zen out of wanting to buy a pack of smokes. Eventually, I hope for the cravings to go away... but either way, this will always be around my neck. Thanks!”
