It’s not so much about using it as a breathing device for me as it is that constant reminder to check in with myself and make sure I’m breathing.

The Shift is teaching me to slow down my breathing and to better understand what it's like to be peaceful and calm......even if for only a little while.

The shift has a really pretty design and looks great around my neck, it has helped me slow down my breathing a lot. If I use it at night it really helps me easily breathe my stresses away and makes it very easy to fall asleep. If you struggle with anxiety that makes your heart race and it’s hard for you to breathe I really recommend this product. I absolutely love it!

As someone with generalized and social anxiety, this has been a helpful tool and reminder to breathe properly and be aware. Even when I have been in a situation where I could not breathe through the necklace, the presence of the necklace reminds me to do the correct breathing. It has gotten so that even when I forget to wear it, the realization of it not being there itself is a reminder to breathe. It's also really pretty, and quiet as long as you aren't breathing too hard/quickly through it (which is kind've the point). It feels a little heavy sometimes, but I think that is just because I'm not one to usually wear necklaces. Would buy again if I had the choice to go back in time. :)
