If I use it at night it really helps me easily breathe my stresses away and makes it very easy to fall asleep. It didn’t ship until 2 days later, and it probably ONLY shipped because I Direct Messaged them NUMEROUS TIMES about the delay. (If I spend 100 dollars with you I expect respect and fast customer service)
BUT I digress, The product is amazing, it works by focusing on your breathing and exhalation patterns to hardwire your body to release the “relaxation” chemicals.
HOWEVER…...
I tried to ask about the Gold option, as I wanted to get one for my mother….
But the great people over at KOMUSO like to READ my messages and NEVER RESPOND because “asking about my order” is a unacceptable I guess.
I would buy again, but not through Komuso. Put it back on Amazon if customer service is such a hard concept for you to grasp :l
