I bought one for my son and myself to help with anxiety during this crazy time. We both love them. I only wear and use mine at home right now due to COVID. Not comfortable having it around my neck while in public and then putting it in my mouth - so it stays home for now.

My Shift necklace somehow knows to remind me when I need to breathe.

I have tried deep breathing and meditating in the past with no luck, so I figured I’d give this little tool a try! Initially, I didn’t like it, because it didn’t feel like it did anything. Then I tried it a few more times and started to get the feel for it. The Shift really helps me to focus on my breathing, and counting as I inhale and exhale. I’ve noticed a significant change in my general mood in the short time I’ve had mine. I find myself often reaching for it just to hold, because even the reminder that it’s there is soothing. I highly recommend The Shift to anyone who struggles with their mental health. Also, their customer service is amazing!

A beautiful relaxing pendant. But one for everyone of my family. When you’re feeling stressed you just blow into the pendant. Very elegant looking

As an RN with a stressful lifestyle in my NYC Emergency Department and former addictions to alcohol and nicotine, breathing is not always first on my mind. I’ve had my shift for a couple weeks and I feel more centered and comfortable with my physiological state then ever. I wake up and meditate using the shift to help my focus, when I feel restless throughout the day particularly at work I take a quick shift break and reset my breathing pattern. Just a wonderful way to get out of my head. Easy to keep clean with soap and water before and after or an alcohol swab. I’ve recommended it highly to my family. My brother and his girlfriend, both long time smokers, bought themselves Shifts in an effort to quit. My asthmatic dad even decided he would make himself one (stubborn old tinkerer). I’d even like to go so far as having one of the pulmonologist at my hospital try it with some patients to see if it helps with lung volume expansion in COPD/asthma pts. Feel free to email me baroneichenlaub@gmail.com if you’re interested in trying to promote hospital use at some point, maybe manufacture a less styled more clinical version. So many pts in the hospital would benefit from a noninvasive distraction and anxiety intervention such as this
