“I’ve been going back and forth with ordering one since the cost is a bit out of my price range; however they had a sale and I ordered the cheapest option of Slate. I was very satisfied with my purchase overall. The chain length is PERFECT. The best part is truly how effective it is for helping to calm your breath and refocus on that..any time, any place. I personally just do not care for the way the Slate feels when I use it. I would suggest getting the higher quality materials. Also, it would be great if it came with a tool to clean/sanitize it as well. Thank you!”

“This little tool definitely helps my anxiety, and I had my doubts. It's design is very attractive but I don't wear it as a necklace because I already wear one. I just leave it in the soft pouch it came with and throw it in my back pocket. I like to keep it handy as my anxiety comes and goes. It's a little embarrassing to use, as a non-smoker, because I feel like it looks like I might be trying to sneak a vape in while at the office. Otherwise, when I do find the right moment to use my Shift, I truly do feel relief of my anxiety and that is a wonderful thing.”
“The Shift was the gift I wished for for Mother’s Day. I ordered it a little late so I think I received it the day after. Upon taking it out of my mailbox my excitement grew. I read a lot about it, I read a lot of reviews. I came to the conclusion that investing in The Shift could very well change my life positively in many ways. I didn’t open the package right away. I sat & finished watching a show on TV with my 13yo Son. I then had alone time. My emotions were high as I couldn’t wait to receive it. The expectation yet the unknown was present. Now I’ve had The Shift for about 3 weeks & from day one it began to change how I live day to day. I learned how to use it for optimal results. It’s beautifully designed with a nice longer chain which I love. The Shift falls right in the center of my chest. The length of the chain allows enough room to feel at ease in using it. The Shift is beautifully designed & exceeded my expectations. There is a Japanese inscription on it that means “calm.” This adds a very special touch. I use it often during my day, aside from use during meditation. It works just as described. It’s the reassurance I know I have wrapped right me to properly take that time I need to really concentrate on my breath & carry on my with day. I suffer from anxiety which is why I’ve invested my time to mediate. The Shift is a gift to have with me at all times for both reasons plus many more. I have found I don’t necessarily have to hold onto it in actually using it. I find comfort at times going to bed with it on. One extra benefit is when I received it I began the process to quit smoking. The Shift has been an asset to this process as it’s shape & the ability to place it in my mouth instead of a cigarette is literally a life saver. I know my story / review is lengthy but I felt in sharing my true experience would inspire others to adding The Shift to their life. I highly recommend this true “gem” I found.
