As someone going through counselling to battle PTSD and Post-Concussion Disorder from a recent car crash, this tool has absolutely helped me in ways I didn't think available. I didn't know the length and depth of breathing was so important. Glad I found Komuso and glad I purchased the Shift. Thank you very much.

I’ve had some major anxiety lately over the covid-19 and the riots it’s been very useful in Helping, but I’m not sure if it’s just making me light headed enough to pass out! I take a very deep breath and exhale all my air In my lungs threw the tube and I repeat it 5-times in a row! And well I feel like it is working temperately! I’ve basically just been passing out after using it! And when I wake up it’s back with vengence, I had the worst panic & anxiety attack yesturday That has carried on to even today! So I’ve used it all day and it takes it all away after I keep using it more!

Are you tired of expelling all of your air through your dumb open mouth? Komuso fixes that. Not only will you become more calm, you will also be more enlightened and better prepared to use that blowdart you got at that sketchy pawn shop to ward off approaching hoards of anxiety demons. Try it out! Keep feathering brother.

I love my komuso. I got the rose gold. It is more gold than rose, if you are thinking about the color. I was a bit concerned that it might be a little gimmicky, but I have not found that to be the case. It really does help me center myself and breathe a bit better. I also like having it around my neck as a reminder that I can take a little "peace" with me everywhere I go (that is, in the future when I get to go somewhere other than my house!)

While the tube design is pleasing you need to add a small bar at the front of the design or toward the mouth tip. It would divert the air to the sides and a pleasing exhale. It could possibly work with two small holes on each side. Just a suggestion...while I don’t want it to whistle I think you can picture what I’m envisioning.
