“I was skeptical when I first saw this necklace on Facebook because I didn’t understand how it could do anything to help my anxiety. But it peaked my interest because I’d never had any success using breathing to calm myself in times of stress. The necklace is very modern and matches all my outfits, and the pendant is sort of like a measuring cup for your air.
